The Roberta A. Smith Library opened its doors for the dedication on Friday, October 23rd at 4 p.m. during Homecoming Weekend. President Anne Steele, Student Senate Executive Board President Taylor Little, and Library Director, Sheila Ellenberger, were a few of the people who spoke at the dedication. After the ceremony, everyone in attendance was invited inside the library to tour it. The layout of the new library has open spaces with study areas placed throughout the facilities. The library will give Muskies access to over 50 million books, 12,000 electronic journals, and 150 research databases.
