A Suicide Prevention Walk will take place from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27. Students interested in participating should meet on the Quad at 1 P.M. The walk is free to participate in, but donations are appreciated.

The Louis O. Palmer Gallery is hosting Wood, Wool and Ink until Oct. 1. The gallery is free and open to the public; contact the Academic Affairs Office (740-826-8122) to schedule an appointment.

College Radio Day is almost here! Starting at midnight on Oct. 2, WMCO 90.7 will have LIVE programming all day. Stay tuned to find out which DJs will be in the studio for each hour! There will also be a live remote broadcast on the Quad from 11 a.m -1 p.m. on Friday.

Muskingum Women’s Soccer plays against St. Vincent at McConagha Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 1 p.m. Pregame starts at 12:30 p.m.

The Fighting Muskies Football Team travels to Capital on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m., with pregame at 6:30 p.m.

The Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams will travel to the All-Ohio Championship at Cedarville on Oct. 2.

 

What Happened During the Week

Muskingum University Freshman Bryce Skok passed away in a car crash on Tuesday. Hundreds of people attended a candlelight vigil in honor of Skok on Wednesday evening.

A local Zanesville group brought therapy dogs to campus on Thursday afternoon for the students’ benefit after the tragedy.
