UPDATE: Water has been restored on campus as of approximately 8:10 p.m.
The village of New Concord is currently experiencing a water main break, which means that there is low water pressure on campus and in town. In an email sent out to all Muskingum students, Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students Janet Bass encourages all students that live in a reasonable driving distance to go home for the evening. Student Life is in the process of obtaining portalets. Bass tells Orbit Media that the water break is expected to be fixed tonight and students should plan on attending classes tomorrow morning.
