Today is WMCO’s 54th year of being on the airwaves surrounding New Concord on 90.7 FM. Mr. Hal Burlingame has been an integral part of Muskingum University’s culture and comes to campus as the WMCO student founder and now Muskingum’s Board of Trustees President.
