The New Concord Fire Department responded to the accident at Interstate 70 eastbound mile marker 166 near Norwich at approximately 7:45 p.m. Friday evening.

NCFD was on scene for approximately three hours, with the biggest issue being oil from the trucks. Over 300 pounds of oil dry was put down during clean up.
