Muskingum University is hosting an Impact Fair where students, employers, and Muskingum alumni can connect with and explore the possibilities available in the healthcare system.

The event takes place in the Anne C. Steele Center on Muskingum’s campus from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 12. Fifteen employers from the healthcare industry have registered along with three alumni and graduate programs from Muskingum will be present to share information and network with students.

“I just really hope students see the value and decide to participate because I think it’s going to be great. Even if it’s not an event that you’d think like ‘oh this company’s really where I want to work.’ Just having the opportunity to be exposed to a fair such as this it helps to grow that professional development for a student,” said Jackie Vascura, director of Career Services.

While the nursing department has hosted a nursing specific job fair in the past, their partnership with the Impact Center has allowed the event to involve more programs on campus.
