Two in serious condition after head-on collision on US 22

Two people are in serious condition following a head-on collision on US 22 in Cambridge at 11:08 a.m. near the Ohio State Highway Patrol post. According to an OSHP report, Allysia Williams of Cambridge was driving Eastbound in a Honda Civic when she went left of center, striking a Westbound Toyota Prius driven by Brian Tipka, 35 of New Philadelphia, head-on. Williams was taken by Life Flight to OSU in Columbus and Tipka was transported to Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Cambridge. Investigating officer, Trooper Brian Neff, reports both vehicles in severe condition. Both were wearing seat belts. The crash is still under investigation.
