The Village of New Concord has begun planning to make infrastructure improvements within the village.
As part of the planning for these projects, the village needs to complete an income survey to determine if the village will qualify for future Community Development Block Grants.
If you are a resident randomly selected to receive an income survey in the mail, please complete and return it so the village can proceed with project planning. A return stamped envelope is enclosed with the mailed surveys.
The income survey asks residents to fill in the street address and number of people living in their household and to check the box next to the approximate total household annual income (before taxes) for the current year.
The information collected in the survey will be confidential and only viewed by the program administrator and the funding agency, not the Village of New Concord.
