Muskingum Football Designates Team Captains

Muskingum head football coach Erik Ieuter has selected the captains of his football team for the 2019 season. Junior quarterback Brody Hahn, senior defensive lineman Tim Ousley, senior running back Bernard Johnson, and senior linebacker Trocon Keneah will lead the charge for the Fighting Muskies this season.

Hahn is now a two-time captain for the Muskies. He passed for over 1,453 yards and eight touchdowns and rushed for 551 yards and eight touchdowns. Hahn accounted for 200 yards of total offense per game for the Muskies last season. Additionally, Hahn earned Academic All-OAC honors. 

Ousley was a force on the defense last season. He notched a career-high 67 tackles and 6.5 sacks while contributing 17 tackles for loss and forcing three fumbles. Ousley was named First-Team All-OAC and Second-Team All-Region last season.

Johnson will lead the Muskie rushing game this season. He has rushed for 516 yards and seven touchdowns in his career.

Keneah recorded 19 tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss in eight games last season and will help bolster the Muskie defense this year.

Muskingum will open the 2019 season at home vs. Waynesburg on Saturday, Sept. 7.  WMCO will deliver pregame at 1:15 p.m. with kickoff set for 1:30 p.m.
